Exercise

routine specially developed for those with limited mobility, or who
wish to exercise and are limited to a confined
space.
The Seated Chi Baton Exercise
™ programme is particularly useful for the elderly,
infirm or those with arthritis and/or back problems.
This particular routine grew out of Barry Westley's
work with classes for
Age Concern.
Although originally developed for
those with specific problems, these exercises have
proved popular with all ages and fitness levels, as
it comfortably, but methodically works all the major
muscles and energy centres of the body

with any new exercise programme, you should always

exercise regime!
