Chi-Baton YogaTM,
introduces the reader to Barry Westley's unique and
revolutionary exercise system.
This publication
contains a balanced programme of 27 low impact
exercises, using a short stick (Chi-Baton), which
help to maintain posture, circulate internal energy
and encourage correct breathing practice.
Chi-Baton YogaTM
is performed in a
rhythmic flowing manner and is suitable for all
ages.
When performed
regularly this programme can improve flexibility,
muscular strength and cardio-vascular fitness, and
many students have reported improvement in back
